Thank you so much for the great time our group of 11 had on the Nena last week. Everything went according to plan and I appreciate the effort you and your team put forth to make our day memorable. As you know, I had a mixed group of 7 snorkelers and 4 divers. I was very concerned about the snorkeling as I didn't want them to be floating with a hundred other snorkelers over a 60 foot reef. Thankfully you catered to our concerns and handled them with great care. All were satisified. Us divers were also treated to the natural beauty of Palancar reef and the expertise of you as our dive master. I will recommend your dive opration to any who will be visiting Cozumel. Thanks for a great dive trip during our July 4th vacation. The diving was amazing, and my kids loved the snorkeling on the surface. The lunch was awesome and I need to find your special chili powder we sprinkled on the fruit. We will definitely call you again next time the family visits Cozumel, Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. WOW!!!! This was a diving experience we will never forget. Our three days were filled with the most exciting diving ever. Luis, thank you for the predive orientation and post dive evaluation. My family and I were very impressed with how you were very concerned with safety and helping us become more comfortable in the water. Cristina, the lunch was fantastic, a very nice treat, and the advice on dive computers and breathing technics was greatly appreciated. I know it will greatly increase my diving ability. Luis, the night dive was so much fun, we saw so many creatures that we did not see during our day dives. To Cristina, Luis , and the crew of the ''NENA"- thank you for a world class experience! Thank you so much for the wonderful 4 days of diving with you. I can’t believe this was my 6th year with you and I celebrated my 80th dive, most of which have been with you. You are my querida amiga , and as usual, you spoiled me. I enjoyed our dinner together too. For all of you out there looking for the best dive company in Cozumel or anywhere else for that matter, book with Cristina, and you will never again go with any other dive company. Cristina tailors each dive to the needs of the group, whether it be with friends, families, singles, or couples. I came as a single diver. You won’t be dealing with large groups, only about 4 divers per dive master. Every time I dive with Cristina my skills improve. Safety is her number 1 concern, and helping you to be a better diver is always her goal: she’ll help you improve your confidence, buoyancy control, equalizing,mask clearing, identifying fish, or whatever your individual experience may be. Cristina’s knowledge and expertise in identifying all the fish, coral, sponges is phenomenal. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she will find the tiniest of creatures hiding in their holes as well as the big hawksbill turtles, nurse sharks, and giant groupers feeding on plants or fish. After your first dive you will be treated to a wonderful lunch in the shade on Cristina’s beautiful boat, the Nena. Or, you can go up top and sunbathe while her crew will be busy changing your tanks, washing your mask, and setting you up totally for the next dive. Cristina’s crew is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the equipment. Cristina runs a first class operation. I have experienced many different dive companies in the five years I've been diving. Cristina's outfit was the BEST! Not only is she extremely knowledgable and experienced, but she shares it with you! Whether you need help with boyancy, have a hard time getting down from the surface and anything in between, you can count on Cristina. I have never seen a dive master spend time on the boat giving free instruction, but Cristina does. And while many dive master's are willing to answer questions about what you just saw below, Cristiana will go over what you're likely to see and how to find them. And while on the boat, you can expect her crew to clean your mask (and not once in five days did my mask fog), completely set up your equipment, serve you a very satisfying lunch, bring you drinks and they will rinse and keep your equipment for the next day. I have never been so pampered. Cristina also does her best to accomdate people's wishes for where to dive. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. I will be back Cristina. I wanted to thank you for a very wonderful time, and helping me complete my open water training. After my pool session, I wasn't very comfortable with the hole idea but Luis helped me feel comfortable and learned a lot of things from him. My brother, whom had dove 20 times prior, was very happy with Luis and what he had taught him. You have two more regular clients now and in a few years will bring my son to dive with you also.
