I just returned from diving with Cristina , and celebrated my 50th dive, 40 of them have been with Cristina. I have been to a few other places , which have only made me realize how fortunate and grateful I am to dive with Cristina.
I began my first ocean dive with her in Mar. "03 and continue to improve my skills on each dive due to her expertise and patience. Her superb knowledge of the fish and coral enhances the beauty of each dive. In fact, on my 50th dive we saw a nurse shark, a huge green spotted eel chasing a grouper, a huge sea turtle eating coral , and we were just a few feet away hovering on the sand holding hands and marveling at the incredible universe under the sea.
Last year, our family and neighbors came with our kids and Cristina took them on the boat and personally took them snorkeling. The kids loved it and my 11 year old will probably be starting diving with Cristina soon. There is no one else besides Cristina and her husband Louis that I would ever consider trusting my daughter with.
So, what I am saying is to look no further than Cozumel and divewith Cristina to experience the ultimate in beauty, safety, patience, improved skills, andmost of all a friendship that will keep you coming back for more.
Crisina, we love you
Thank you for always taking such good care of us. You are like family
Con mucho carino
Hasta la vista!!!
Kathy

I DIDN'T WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE CATTLE CALL DIVE BOATS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE CHARTER FOR MY GROUP OF FRIENDS THAT WERE ON RCCL'S FREEDOM OF THE SEAS, WHERE THE GIRLS COULD GO SNORKELING AND THE GUYS GO DIVING. HOWEVER, SAFETY WAS MY BIGGEST CONCERN FOR OUR GROUP. SOME OF US ARE PUSHIN 50 AND AREN'T IN THE BEST SHAPE. CHRISTINA WAS EVERYTHING I HAD HOPED FOR. THEY CATERED TO US LIKE WE WERE ROYALTY. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO PUT MY FINS ON. IT WAS DONE FOR ME. AS FOR THE DIVE, OUR DIVEMASTER WAS FANTASTIC!!! HE NEVER TOOK HIS EYES OFF OF US. CHRISTINA ESCORTED THE GIRLS AND THE SAME WAS TRUE FOR HER. CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN. WORTH EVERY CENT AND THEN SOME. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE SO WONDERFUL.

I just got back from sunny Cozumel after learning to dive with Luis and Christina! I was welcomed home with a 2 foot drift of snow in my driveway! Guess I should have stayed.

These 2 are terrific instructors. Couldn't have been better. I felt safe, comfortable and in good hands the entire time. Don't try to get a better price somewhere else. Diving is serious. Do you really want to go with the cheapest place?Or be 1 of 20 divers on a big boat? These 2 are professionals.Good equipment, safe diving and a nice lunch in between dives! Perfect!

Thank you both for providing me with excelleant instruction and friendship.I am already planning my next trip!

Cristina and Luis: I want to thank you both for an awesome dive on Nov. 3. Seeing that we were only there a few hours while on our cruise, you willing accommodated our special needs.

The water was clear and we saw many different types of fish, eels... a couple big Green Morays and a smaller spotted eel, turtles, Barracuda, etc.

We had 4 certified divers and 2 non-divers in our group. I truly appreciate the care, time and extensive learning that you gave the 2 non-divers. We all had a great dive, but they had a trip of a life time and they both want to get certified now. We had an experience with another non-diver couple with another divemaster once and the instructions were not near as clear and thorough as yours and they ended up freaking out during their first dive and don't want to ever do it again. So sad…

We will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family and we will be sure to contact you the next time we are in Cozumel. Thanks again, Ken, Dawn, Brandon, Lauren, Steve and Sam.

WOW!!! Cristina I want to thank you for such a wonderful dive. I did my dive with you on Monday October 2 and it was amazing to me being my first dive. The sharks, turtles, new coral reefs, all the different fishs and so on were amazing. I have recommended everyone to you and everyone reading this. Cristina gives her divers the time of her life. I will see you next July 2007. The water was warm and beautiful. Lewis her husband is great to and he really takes his time with new divers also, and thanks to the crew that help you out. They are great to. I just can't wait to see you again soon. For anyone who wants private snorkel trips Cristina and Lewis are the ones. THANK YOU again for a wonderful dive and can't wait to see you again. Happy and safe diving until next time.

Chris (and Luis),---as usual, our trip to Paradise was wonderful. It was great to see the new swin-throughs made possible by Wilma. August is SO the month to come every year, as the water is so clear and warm, and not so many folks because of heat or school or whatever. The Coral Princess (our new home away from home) is getting better every time. Back to diving---sooooo many new babies!!! And turtles, and baby black tips--the list goes on and on. Will see you for Carnaval in Feb---and then the big trip in August with all the buddies. Can't wait.

We just returned from a wonderful week of diving with Cristina and Luis. The weather in August is so incredible. And the diving is fantastic. We saw so many fish we had never seen before and we try to visit once or twice a year. The highlight of my diving was seeing a small Hammerhead Shark swimming in Palancar Cave Reef. It took my breath away. What a rare treat.

We also saw alot of turtles, big ones and baby ones. We saw Hawksbill and Loggerhead as well. We saw a lot of eels... a couple big Green Morays and several smaller Spotted Eels. As well as several Garden Eels. We also so Scorpion Fish and Splendid Toadfish.

On a spectacular night dive we saw so many lobsters, both the Caribbean Spiny Lobster and a couple Spanish Lobsters. There was so much life out running around that night our lights were darting around from one amazing thing to another.

We were there 7 days and we dove 5 of them. Tom and Josh took a day off to fish with Luis and had a great time. They caught 7 fish, 5 big Barracuda's and two Dolfin fish or commonly known as "Mahi Mahi". Luis filleted a side of one of the mahi mahi's and we took it to La Tortugas Restaurant and they cooked it up for us in garlic and we had more fish than all four of us could eat.

It was just the best time. Thank you Cristina and Luis!!

Hola, Cristina & Luis!

Life has returned to "normal" (drat!) although after four days of diving and one day of deep sea fishing I can still feel the floor "rock" every now and then!

Just wanted to thank the two of you for the great experience Katie and I had (despite the ear problems Katie encountered...she's going to see an ENT next week so she can get back in the water soon!).

Cristina, although I'm still a relatively novice diver, I know I learned more from you over the course of eight dives than I learned from all my previous divemasters combined. In fact, I've already recommended you on the tripadvisor.com forums to someone who was asking about a good dive operator in Cozumel for himself and his recently-certified wife (do I get a referral fee?? Just kidding.).

Although I had camera problems (shipped it off to Canon yesterday), I still managed to get hundreds of pretty good shots both above and below the surface (including some fresh pictures of the Nena itself). I know you'll want some of the pics for your photo gallery, etc. Please e-mail me your mailing address so I can send you a CD with all the shots.

I look forward to returning, perhaps in '07, this time with my wife!

Jay

Wow!! What a wonderful trip Alli and I had to Cozumel. We feel so fortunate to have learned to dive with you, Luis. You are a fabulous instructor...tough and serious about a wonderful and potentially dangerous sport (if not taken seriously), experienced and knowledgeable, fun and playful when the time was appropriate. The photos you took turned out well and we have some great memories on paper. There is not a single part of our dive training with you that we would change. We received great training and feel that though we are novices of the lowest order, we learned more than most divers do in only six dives, because of you. Thank you for the individualized attention, the delicious lunches and a dive education we will never forget! We will return to Cozumel and dive with you again someday. Thanks again, Beth and Alli.
